Terms of service
These terms explain how digital products, custom work, documentation and support from SMX-Development may be used. They create clear expectations for purchase, usage and collaboration.
License and usage
A purchase grants a usage right for the agreed server, account or project scope. Code, files, designs and concepts remain the property of SMX-Development unless otherwise agreed in writing. Sharing with third parties, public release, reuploading or resale is not allowed.
Customer responsibilities
You are responsible for correct server details, compatible framework versions, backups, secure credentials and accurate information in support or custom requests. Changes made by third parties may limit support and warranty when they cause issues.
Custom development
For individual projects, the written agreed scope applies. New features, larger concept changes or later integrations may be estimated separately. Acceptance is based on the agreed functions and reproducible tests.
Misuse and restrictions
In cases of fraud, chargeback abuse, license violations, resale, leaks or aggressive behavior toward support, access to downloads, updates or support may be restricted. We reserve the right to document and block obvious misuse.
Use in the agreed project, configuration and normal customization.
Resale, leaks, reuploads, sharing with third parties or bypassing protection.
Support applies to reproducible issues in the intended use case.
